Pilates for Children is a great way to get children moving and away from technical gadgets for a while, reducing the "text neck" look that eventually our children will get from too much bending over phones/tablets/computers etc. It is a great form of exercise to encourage children to participate in sports and other activities, and aids social skills too. It builds confidence in children, and as it's fun, it makes them feel good!
Children who may have had delayed motor skills at a young age would hugely benefit too.
