HIP Pilates 

So today I completed the course to teach HIP  Pilates, with the amazing Lisa Bradshaw of Lisa B Pilates. Was tough and very high impact, but I loved it and am going to love teaching it. It's a 50 minute cardio vascular fat burning session, using all the principles of pilates, just stepping it up a gear!

Lots of squats, lunges and planks :)
